Ihre Aufgaben

Ausbau des Geschäfts in Süddeutschland mit Fachhändlern, Architekten und Projektkunden

Aktive Akquise und Entwicklung von Objektprojekten (Contract Business)

Angebotserstellung, Preisverhandlungen und Abschluss

Eigenständige Steuerung der Pipeline und Marktaktivitäten

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige B2B-Vertriebserfahrung in Deutschland, idealerweise im Objekt-/Büromöbelumfeld

Sehr gute Marktkenntnis und Freude an aktiver Kundenarbeit

Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Abschlussstärke

Deutsch muttersprachlich, Englisch verhandlungssicher

Wohnsitz und starke regionale Verankerung in Süddeutschland

ACTIU is looking for a Sales Manager – South Germany

At ACTIU, a leading international company in furniture for workplaces and contract spaces, we combine innovation, responsible design, and a commitment to sustainability to create environments that enhance people’s well-being.

What you will do

• Develop and grow ACTIU’s business in South Germany, managing clients, distributors, and specifiers.

• Drive contract projects from initial opportunity to execution and delivery.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and achieve sales targets.

• Represent ACTIU at trade fairs, events, and brand initiatives.

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Germany, preferably in contract furniture for collective spaces.

• Native or bilingual German and fluent English.

• Results-driven, autonomous, and strong negotiation skills.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment skills.
